Join COMPELL and be part of a movement to empower multicultural communities in Australian politics! We’re looking for passionate volunteers to fill various roles, including workshop facilitators, event coordinators, data collectors, social media managers, and community outreach ambassadors.

Available Volunteer Roles:
a) Workshop Facilitator:
- Role Description: Lead workshops on civic, political, and media literacy for multicultural communities.
- Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per workshop (including preparation and facilitation).
b) Event Coordinator:
- Role Description: Plan and organize networking events to foster intercultural bonds and political engagement.
- Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per event (including planning, coordination, and onsite support).
c) Research Team:
- Role Description: Collect data on multicultural representation in politics through surveys and research.
- Time Commitment: Flexible, with periodic data collection efforts.
d) Social Media Manager:
- Role Description: Manage COMPELL’s social media accounts to promote events and engage with the community.
- Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week (including content creation and scheduling).
e) Community Outreach Ambassador:
- Role Description: Represent COMPELL at community events and engage with potential volunteers and stakeholders.
- Time Commitment: Flexible, with occasional outreach activities.
